    This piece is amazing. Great mood. I haven't heard of Atkinson Grimshaw before, will look him up right now ^^.

    Yes, Grimshaw was an early observer and painter of green night skies, a color that seems to me as natural in that context as the more commonly used dark blues.
    Another painter who later made good use of this was Frederick Remington.
